Hire rates for 2023/2024

Rates quoted within brackets are applicable to the residents of the Parish of Wroxall, Beausale, Honiley & Haseley.

Rates are quoted per hour

New Hall (Room 1)

Monday – Friday until 6pm £17.00 an hour (£15)

Friday 6pm until Sunday 9pm £25.00 an hour (£22) Minimum charge £100

Optional Extras available

Use of projector and 4.5m screen £40 per session

Stage Lighting – Programmable multi coloured £40 per session

Configurable staging system £40 per session

Cleaning of hall (not including washing up) – price available on enquiry

Rooms 2 & 3

(Hiring Room 2 on its own is difficult due to access to exit, toilets & kitchen)

Monday – Friday until 6pm £14.00 an hour (£12.00)

Friday 6pm until Sunday 9pm £20.00 an hour (£17.00) Minimum charge £100

Room 1, 2 & 3 (all rooms)

Monday – Friday until 6pm £27.00 an hour (£25)

Friday 6pm until Sunday 9pm £35.00 an hour (£32.00) Minimum charge £100

If you wish to set up your party/event on the day before and this results in the hall not being usable for other bookings, additional costs may be incurred.  These costs will be discussed when you make your enquiry- this does not include wedding bookings.

Booking requirements

These deposits do not apply to regular bookings of the hall i.e., Pilates, Tai Chi etc

Payments required for bookings of 6 + hours

• A 20% non-refundable deposit is required on booking
• A further 50% of the hiring costs should be paid 3 months before the event
• The outstanding balance should be paid a month before the event
• Refundable Damage Deposit of £100 per day or any part thereof: Refundable should no damage occur or cleaning required. This is payable with the outstanding balance.

• A 20% non-refundable deposit is required on booking
